Step 1: Integrate JobPts with your Core HR system
The integration between JobPts and your Core HR system begins with synchronizing the employee data (name, address, email, phone, hire date), while budgets per employee per anniversary are simultaneously agreed on.
Step 2: Create the Service Anniversaries program
We'll help you create a Service Anniversary recognition program based on points, gifts or company-branded merchandise, or a simple non-monetary 'thank you' program in a few easy steps.
Set the program up and assign points or an award for each milestone. Click 'Save' and watch the automation do the rest.
Step 3 (if a gift/merch program is chosen): We design the merch and create the messaging
Your feedback, needs, and wishes on product types and specific items are carefully assessed, translated, and designed into mockups. You approve the design, and we take over the production and delivery of the merchandise to your employees' doorsteps. The entire design and production process takes about 1 month to complete. Once it's finished, employees can get their gifts in 5 to 15 days, depending on location and logistics.
